He's kind of an asshole. No, Joseph's usually pretty good. Might reference Nazis sometimes because of his time period?

As of his current canon point, none. Later in canon though, he loses his left hand and has it replaced with a mechanical prosthetic.
MENTAL INFO.
Nothing really weird or unusual, aside from being quite a bit more intelligent than he tends to let on.

Go ahead! I know JoJo's is pretty popular in Japanese culture, so if your character for some reason knows about the series, it's fine. He'd probably be psyched, to be honest.

Injuries, sure! Especially since Joseph tends to be a bit hotheaded and pick fights on occasion.
As for kill though, it is very difficult to kill Joseph Joestar. He's kind of a master of either talking his way out of, fighting his way through, or running away from any serious trouble. For a series that has no problem killing off characters, it's pretty much a miracle Joseph lives as long as he does in canon.
